5.3 Obligations of Advertising Transparency
As part of any partnership concluded via the Adencer platform, the influencer commits to respecting all legal and regulatory obligations regarding advertising transparency, in particular those arising from the recommendations of ARPP and DGCCRF.
To this end, the influencer expressly commits to:
- Mention clearly, explicitly and immediately visibly the advertising nature of the content
- Mandatorily include on any publication, video, story or content one of the following mentions:
- #publicité
- #sponsorisé / #sponsorisée
This mention must appear at the beginning of the content or its description, and must in no case be hidden, ambiguous or buried among other mentions or hashtags.
The influencer acknowledges being solely responsible for compliance with these obligations and indemnifies Adencer against any claim, sanction or challenge resulting from a breach of these rules.
5.4 Influencer Obligations Upon Accepting a Collaboration
By accepting a collaboration request on Adencer, the influencer commits to producing the agreed content within the deadline set at the time of booking. If a product sent by the brand is received as part of the collaboration, the influencer commits to using it exclusively for the agreed purposes and to publishing the corresponding content.
In the event of failure to produce the content within the agreed deadlines, without a valid reason communicated to Adencer, the influencer shall be liable for reimbursement of the value of the product received and/or any compensation received. Adencer reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete the account of any influencer who does not honour their contractual commitments, without prejudice to any legal action that the brand or Adencer may take.
6. Payments and Commissions
Payments are secured through our partner Stripe. A pre-authorization is made upon booking.
Payment is captured when the Influencer accepts the collaboration. Funds are automatically transferred to the Influencer's wallet 24 hours after capture, unless there is a dispute.
Minimum payout: the Influencer's earnings are transferred to their bank account as soon as their total earnings on Adencer reach €50. Below that amount, they remain in their Adencer wallet and are transferred in full once it is reached; later collaborations are then paid out as usual.
Self-billing: By accepting these Terms, the Influencer expressly accepts the principle of self-billing for fund withdrawals. Adencer will issue invoices on behalf of the Influencer according to their declared status.
For self-employed individuals, the invoice will be issued excluding VAT in accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code. For companies, the applicable VAT will be 20%.
Adencer currently collects a commission of 25% (excluding VAT) on the net price agreed with the Influencer. This commission is added to the amount paid by the Brand and is never deducted from the Influencer's compensation. The rate may change; it is locked at the time of each booking creation and applied until completion.
6.1 Self-Invoicing – Self-Employed Influencers or Companies
In the context of the use of the Adencer platform, the influencer acknowledges and accepts the principle of self-invoicing.
- When the influencer acts as a self-employed person or company, they expressly authorize Adencer to issue, on their behalf and for their account, invoices relating to services performed
- These invoices are generated automatically on the basis of information provided by the influencer during registration
- The influencer undertakes to verify the accuracy of the information provided and to keep it up to date
In case of non-compliance, Adencer reserves the right to suspend fund transfers, cancel the partnership concerned and/or suspend or terminate the influencer's account.
7. Cancellation and Refund
If the Influencer refuses a collaboration, the pre-authorization is cancelled and no amount is charged.
In case of dispute after acceptance, the Brand has 24 hours to report a problem before funds are transferred to the Influencer.
7.1 Refund Policy
Adencer is committed to providing a secure framework for all parties involved in a collaboration. Strict refund conditions apply to ensure fairness between brands and influencers.
Any refund request must be initiated by opening a help request via the Support feature on the Adencer platform, within the following deadlines from the scheduled publication date:
- Stories (TikTok & Instagram): due to their ephemeral nature, the brand has 24 hours to open a help request. After this period, no claims can be considered.
- All other services (videos, posts, reels…): the brand has 48 hours to initiate a help request. Beyond this deadline, no refund will be possible.
Refunds are only granted in cases of proven non-performance. Adencer acts as a neutral arbitrator and its decision is final.
After the aforementioned deadlines, no refund request can be considered for any reason whatsoever.
8. Intellectual Property
Content created by the Influencer remains their intellectual property. The Brand obtains a usage license according to the terms agreed in the brief.
All Platform elements (logo, design, code) are the property of Adencer and protected by copyright.
9. Liability
Adencer acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of services or compliance with commitments between Influencers and Brands.
Each party is responsible for complying with their legal and tax obligations.
10. Data Protection

11. Modification of Terms
Adencer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes by email or notification on the Platform.
