When do I get paid?
Funds are transferred to the influencer's wallet 48h after the partnership is completed.
How do I withdraw money from my wallet?
Once funds are available in your wallet, you can request a bank transfer. The transfer usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
What happens if I decline a request?
If you decline a request, the brand is immediately and fully refunded (or their hold released). Your profile remains visible, but frequent declines may affect your visibility.
Can I cancel a collaboration after accepting it?
Cancellation after acceptance should remain exceptional and results in a refund to the brand. Repeated cancellations may lead to account suspension.
